Trumpeter Eric Sperry keeps a busy and varied performance schedule in the Milwaukee metro area. Currently a member of Voz De Mi Tierra (mariachi) and Groove Therapy (classic rock/horn band), Eric has also performed or recorded with the Sheboygan Symphony Orchestra, D’CalleSon (salsa), Concord Chamber Orchestra, Uncle Larry, Off The Wall Theatre, Milwaukee Choristers, UWM Brass Quintet, Lakeside Brass Quintet, and Blessed Savior Parish.
Eric maintains a successful private studio and is active as a brass clinician, adjudicator, and marching band/drum corps instructor. He holds performance degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (MM) and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (BM). Eric’s primary teachers include Kevin Hartman and Darryl White, with additional influences from Wayne Bergeron, Bob Syverson, and Norman Sodomka.
